  • Do you provide ring sizing?
    Most gold and silver rings can be resized for an additional cost.
  • How do I track my order?
    After your order has been completed successfully, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you don't like your item, no worries. You can return it within 10 days of purchase in the same condition as sent.

  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • If I bring in a repair, how fast do you get it done?
    Typically, repairs are done within 2 business days unless parts have to ordered. (keep in mind that holidays and weekends can slow the process)
  • What kind of watches do you service?
    We repair all kinds of watches, both high-end and budget friendly. We do batteries, band adjustments/replacements, stem and crown replacements, movement replacements and much more.
  • How long can watch repair take?
    Most watches can be repaired in while you wait unless we have to order parts. Then it can take up to 3 weeks.
  • How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive to me?
    Jewelry usually ships in 1-2 business days and can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days to arrive. (with the exception of custom jewelry or special orders since production takes time)
  • I want to upgrade my jewelry; do I need an appointment?
    You are always welcome to just walk in, however we prefer you make an appointment so we can give you our undivided attention.
